If the vehicle is a campervan or motorhome it will be a manual and if it is a car it will be an automatic unless the listing says otherwise. If the listing states "Varies" or that it may be a manual then unfortunately you can't request that it is an automatic as you will just get what is available on the day and it may be a manual.
