What happens after I accept a request?

When you accept a request, your listing will automatically be removed from the database and the driver will be notified by email that he or she has been accepted.

It is now up to you (the Rental operator) and the driver, to make contact with each other to organize exact pick-up and drop-off times, ferry bookings and bond if required.

Normally the driver will contact you through the email or phone number provided in the notification email. You can also have a specific booking email sent out through your own system that provides more details to the driver. If this is the case, then your personal message in the Transfercar email will explain this.  We do however strongly suggest that you contact the driver yourself as emails can be blocked by spam filters and cancellations/no-shows are heightened.
